As an SDR at Tillerstack, you have a direct impact on our growth and a clear path into closing roles like Account Executive.

Activities

As a Sales Development Representative at Tillerstack, you proactively build our outbound pipeline and drive new business opportunities in the field of Field Service & Remote Management solutions.

  • Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and email
  • Engage and qualify B2B decision-makers in construction, energy and agriculture
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline in our CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Research accounts using online tools and data sources and data to improve targeting and outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with international Sales & Marketing teams within the Zenatech Group (600+ employees)

Requirements

You enjoy proactive outreach, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

  • First experience in sales, SDR, lead generation or strong motivation to break into B2B SaaS sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high activity levels
  • Confident, proactive and target-driven
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and CRM tools (or eager to learn)
  • High ownership and a “get things done” mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SaaS or interest in the drone industry
