Tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Development (60%): Actively identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities in the Aerospace industry mainly. You will be expected to travel regularly to meet customers.
- Key Account Management (40%): Manage and develop relationships with a defined portfolio of existing accounts. We provide comprehensive training on our specific KAM processes and analytical tools.
- Team Upskilling & Mentorship: A core part of this role is knowledge exchange. While you learn our KAM frameworks, you will coach other team members on BD practices, customer interactions, and negotiation strategies.
- German Market Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for German key players, leveraging your local market knowledge and procurement processes.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years experience in sales and business development, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong initiative and the ability to combine technical product understanding with customer‑focused sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional-level fluency in German and English is essential.
