• Drive the development and implementation of product management strategies and processes
• Manage and continuously improve the product and portfolio lifecycle
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, especially at key interfaces between product management, procurement, and other departments
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, including the introduction of new process frameworks
• Collaborate closely with internal and international stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable operations
• Support the strategic development of the product area, aligning with market trends and business objectives

• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
• Solid understanding of category management and procurement processes, combined with hands-on experience using project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, paired with analytical and strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a structured problem-solving approach
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
