We are looking for you as a
Product Technical Performance Manager (f/m/d)
Location: Stadtallendorf
Aufgaben
In this role, you will contribute to shaping our products and processes by driving key technical developments and cross‑functional improvements. You will support our ambition to continuously enhance quality, efficiency, and technological excellence.
- Lead and coordinate innovation streams from product specification to industrialization, working closely with local and global R&D, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Controlling, Marketing
- Continuously improve existing products by optimizing recipes, processes and performance across all technical stakeholders
- Ownership for formulation and approval systems (SPO, PDP, DEVEX)
- Plan, execute and evaluate technical and industrial trials, including full budget responsibility
- Assess feasibility, equipment and qualification requirements for new product concepts and ensure smooth scale‑up
- Early risk management (RM, process, equipment, HACCP) and definition of effective mitigation measures
- Contribute to the short‑, mid‑ and long‑term process development roadmap and support technology and model evolution
Profil
- Degree in Food Technology or equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of experience in food production
- Strong analytical mindset, structured way of working and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across technical and operational functions
- Very good MS Office skills and experience working with database or PLM systems
- Fluent German and English skills
