• Responsibility for the development of product packaging and demo materials for MED EL hearing solutions, as well as lifecycle management of the entire portfolio
• Develop design strategies and concepts to create an outstanding first-use-experience and clearly communicate product benefits
• Act as owner and project lead for demo material development
• Create compelling unboxing experiences; manage packaging projects end to end while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, product safety standards, and timelines
• Work closely with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enable customer-centric product design

• Bachelor´s degree or higher (University, FH) and hands-on experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, UX/UI, or related fields with strong practical focus
• Experience in product and project management, user-centric design, product development and launch activities is an advantage
• Open-minded personality with strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a proactive working style
• Interest in agile methodologies and design thinking approaches; advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
