As an addition to our Sales team we are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager (m/f/d).
Activities
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager, ideally with an established Network in the Tech- and Startup Ecosystem. This role is crucial in shaping our collaboration with B2B clients and driving the growth of our flagship event. We are looking for support starting immediately.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential B2B clients
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Providing post-sales support and developing new solutions to foster long-term partnerships
- Continuously improving processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our work
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets, ideally within event sponsoring
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey value propositions and negotiate terms with varying stakeholders
- Established network in tech and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential B2B clients
- You have solid analytical skills and enjoy solving our client's problems
- You leverage AI to increase both quality and efficiency of your work
