Activities
- Processing (e.g., licensing of products) and tracking of customer orders.
- Creating and managing order documents (e.g., purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices).
- Communication with customers regarding order status, master data maintenance, and documentation.
- Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in order processing and collaboration with different departments.
- Good knowledge of ERP and ticketing systems (ideally SAGE 100).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally G-Suite.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Native-level German language skills and good English language skills.
