Activities

  • Processing (e.g., licensing of products) and tracking of customer orders.
  • Creating and managing order documents (e.g., purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices).
  • Communication with customers regarding order status, master data maintenance, and documentation.
  • Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in order processing and collaboration with different departments.
  • Good knowledge of ERP and ticketing systems (ideally SAGE 100).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally G-Suite.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Native-level German language skills and good English language skills.

Requirements
