To strengthen our dynamic and growing team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a “National Sales Manager Germany.” MTD Germany is part of the international MTD Group (MedTech) and has been active in Germany since 2024 with its own marketing and sales organization. Aufgaben
Here, you'll make a real difference:
- Overall responsibility for the entire field sales team in Germany
- You'll be responsible for the training, coaching, and development of all field sales colleagues.
- You have a good understanding of people and can motivate them to exceed their sales targets.
- You enjoy helping people grow long-term and are therefore responsible for achieving our set market share targets and the resulting sales in Germany.
- You are well-versed in the intricacies of healthcare policy
- You have a strong affinity for marketing and can work closely with our marketing team to develop new materials for client meetings and requirements.
- You want to get to know our key clients personally so you can build a lasting and successful relationship with them that helps us and your team grow continuously.
- You enjoy preparing field sales meetings and confidently presenting joint successes and future strategies to your team.
- Collaborating with your team is the highlight of your day-to-day work and a welcome change from your days in the office.
- You are able to read and interpret numbers correctly and translate them into insightful analyses for the management team and your sales team.
- You can conduct market and competitive analyses to derive relevant actions and are skilled at translating these into clear PowerPoint presentations.
- Taking on additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Profil
What you bring to the table:
- You have At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the diabetes medical technology industry.
- Initial leadership experience would be an advantage. However, we are also happy to give a motivated talent the chance to gain this experience with us.
- You have a solid understanding of diabetes management, the pathophysiology of the disease, and corresponding treatment options.
- A big plus is having existing professional relationships with endocrinologists.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive work style, creativity, and strong execution skills are among your strengths.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- You are a Person with high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You are fluency in English and a willingness to travel frequently across Germany
