As Marketing Manager at nuwacom, you will take the lead in crafting and executing content-driven marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our revenue goals. You’ll work closely with our Management on our mission of a tight collaboration between humans and AI.
Activities
- Develop and own our content strategy, defining core storytelling themes, formats, and channel priorities in line with our positioning
- Create high-quality content across channels – including blog articles, visuals, videos, landing pages, social posts, interview-based formats as well as internal communication
- Collaborate with founders and the product team to turn product developments into clear, compelling narratives
- Drive our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms by crafting content that builds credibility, sparks conversation, and scales reach
- Attend and translate live moments (e.g., events, customer conversations, team offsites) into valuable, multi-use content assets
- Support the founders in developing their personal brand as a vehicle for company storytelling – through social content, keynote support, or interview prep
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand voice across all content formats and platforms
- Use insights and performance data to continuously refine our content mix
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or social media – ideally in a B2B SaaS setting or a fast-paced agency environment
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Strong writing skills and editorial judgement – with an eye for clarity, structure, visual quality and what drives engagement
- Experience in developing social-first content (especially LinkedIn) and collaborating with executives
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to increase content visibility and performance
- Experience building relationships with influencers or industry voices to amplify reach and credibility
- Hands-on understanding of video production – from ideation to publication
- Ability to turn complex or technical input into relevant and accessible stories for business audience
- A creative and collaborative mindset – paired with a drive to deliver content that contributes to measurable business outcomes
- Interest in AI-related topics and a curiosity for how technology is shaping the future of collaboration
- Fluency in German and English
