We've developed AI that allows robots to manipulate soft materials, a previously impossible feat. Now, we need a marketing leader to share this innovation with the world. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the CEO to shape our marketing strategy and execute it, turning our achievements into a compelling brand story.
Activities
We need you to tell the world about our groundbreaking AI-powered robotic systems that manipulate deformable materials. Your focus will be on:
- Customer Storytelling: Capturing operational results on-site, creating case studies and videos to accelerate sales.
- Technical Narratives: Translating complex AI concepts into content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Investor & Stakeholder Communications: Creating pitch decks and presentations with the CEO.
- Brand & Digital Presence: Leading website updates and managing our LinkedIn presence.
- PR & Thought Leadership: Developing media strategy and securing press coverage.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in deep-tech, robotics, industrial automation, or SaaS.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, able to simplify complex concepts into engaging content.
- Hands-on execution capabilities, comfortable creating content, presentations, and campaigns.
- Startup DNA: thrives with ambiguity, moves fast, and collaborates directly with leadership.
- Technical curiosity to understand robotics and AI concepts.
- Fluent English for daily communication.
- Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, WordPress/Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
