Aufgaben
- Using your strong data skills, you analyse and develop tailored insights that improve our acquisition funnel performance for cross‑product management and support the implementation of commercial analytics in our Business Banking.
- You identify, scrutinise, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets (both structured and unstructured text data), providing the foundation for a data‑driven strategy across all business areas of the bank.
- Whether through experiments, ad‑hoc analyses, self‑service analytics or evaluation of our (digital) campaigns — you take deep dives into all aspects of marketing and sales and analyse and draw clear conclusions.
- Of course, you communicate your results effectively, present them clearly and convincingly to internal stakeholders and turn them into concrete, actionable recommendations.
- You also take responsibility for developing and implementing regular, standardised reports, including the scripts for data extraction and storage. This ensures that our analyses are not only thorough but also create a lasting impact.
Profil
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar quantitative field
- Experience in digital ecosystems, ideally in banking environment
- Proven expertise in SQL, data reporting, and statistics; Python & SAS are a plus
- Good knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Excellent understanding of marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to translate multi‑channel and lifecycle data into strategic insights
- Very strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to communicate analytical results convincingly
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as team spirit
- The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
- Fluent English, German is a plus
