Lead Generator (m/f/d)
We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Lead Generator to join our growing team in Berlin. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and qualifying leads, supporting business growth and strategic initiatives. Activities
We're looking for you to identify and generate qualified leads within target markets. You'll engage with prospects through daily cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other lead generation methods across various industries. You will maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the company CRM system, and research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies. Leveraging social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness, you'll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates. You will also track and report on lead generation metrics and performance, and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry-level candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
- Strong working knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the drone industry and SaaS software is a plus.
Team
You will work closely with our international teams in marketing, sales, and software development.
