Activities

We are looking for you to be the first point of contact for all colleagues across our global offices, providing fast and solution-oriented IT support, on-site and remotely. You will manage devices, including rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting. You will also maintain our office infrastructure, hardware setup, and audio-visual systems. Additionally, you will contribute to change initiatives and project work, optimizing our internal IT environment, and take responsibility for recurring operational tasks such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking.

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician or relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage.
  • A conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset.

Application Process

We keep things simple, personal, and fast. First, a 60-minute online interview with your Line Manager and a Senior Colleague to get to know each other. Then an on-site visit, including an interview with our IT Director and HR, plus the opportunity for a coffee chat and office tour with the team.
