We are looking for a passionate individual to define and own the product vision and strategy for our platform, translating our company mission and customer needs into a clear, executable product roadmap. You will lead and mentor a small cross-functional product team, driving outcome-driven development and ensuring scalable, customer-relevant SaaS product value from analytics-driven capabilities. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, international team dedicated to making batteries safer, more reliable, and more sustainable.
Activities
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for our platform — translate company mission and customer needs into a clear, executable product roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team, enabling outcome-driven product development in close collaboration with engineering and analytics teams. Work closely with engineering, battery analytics, customer success, sales, and business stakeholders to align priorities, delivery scope, and go-to-market timing.
- Translate complex, analytics-driven capabilities into scalable, customer-relevant SaaS product value.
- Make structured, data-informed product decisions based on customer feedback, domain insights, market signals, and technical constraints — not feature volume. Ensure product quality, consistency, and scalability across the full product lifecycle from ideation through development to post-release monitoring and iteration.
- Represent the “voice of the product” internally — communicate roadmap, priorities, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to all teams and leadership.
Requirements
Senior B2B SaaS Product Leadership:
- 5+ years in product management with 3+ years in a leading role. You'll be managing a small team.
- Domain proximity to physical or industrial systems: experience in energy, battery, mobility, industrial analytics, IoT, or similar domains.
- Ability to work with analytics-driven products: comfortable shaping products that rely on data, models, and advanced analytics rather than simple UI features.
- Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills: able to balance customer demands, technical constraints, scalability, and long-term product value, and to say no when needed.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management: able to explain complex topics, trade-offs, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset: skilled at translating customer problems into scalable product solutions, especially in enterprise and complex customer environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: pragmatic, structured, and effective in fast-changing, deep-tech contexts where not everything is fully defined.
- Native-level proficiency in English is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Estonia.
Team
The Head of Product will join a growing product organization at an important stage of development. This is a newly created role with significant room for impact, offering the opportunity to actively shape product structures, processes, and ways of working.
In this role, the Head of Product will lead a team of two Product Owners with different backgrounds and experience levels. One Product Owner has been with ACCURE for several years, having started during his master’s programme, and brings deep knowledge of the product, technology, and domain. The second Product Owner contributes extensive professional experience, including ten years at Volkswagen, adding a strong industry perspective to the team.
The Head of Product will work closely with the Director of Engineering in a collaborative partnership and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. The role is highly cross-functional and involves close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to ensure strong alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives.
ACCURE is an international team of around 70 people working across the globe, with a commercial subsidiary in the United States. This global setup shapes how teams collaborate and provides exposure to diverse markets, perspectives, and customer needs.
