- Set up webinars and registration pages in Livestorm
- Build email invitation sequences in HubSpot and Lemlist
- Plan and coordinate dry runs with speakers
- Host live webinars and manage recording uploads
- Send participant follow-ups after the webinar
Lead Magnets & Interviews
- Develop concepts for lead magnets (e.g. eBooks, guides, checklists)
- Coordinate and support customer interviews
- Prepare content for partner thought leadership formats
Content Quality Assurance
- Review landing pages before publication
- Proofread video scripts and edits
- Review email copy and flag errors or inconsistencies
- Review content in the Storyblok CMS (no development)
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Experience in content or event marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Initial copywriting experience: you have a good sense for clear, high-quality writing and can provide specific feedback
- A structured and self-driven way of working — you keep track of deadlines and priorities
- AI tools are part of your daily work, not an experiment. You actively use them and build workflows around them
- Interest in B2B marketing and digital agencies
