Beyond Fastic, we are building additional consumer health apps and scalable growth systems powered by data, AI tools and fast learning cycles.
Your Role
As Growth Lead AI, you will build and scale the central growth engine for Fastic and our other consumer health apps.
You will drive growth across paid, organic and CRM channels, working closely with leadership, product and data teams. Using data, AI tools and fast testing cycles, you will improve processes, execution and performance.
Together with our CRM, Creator/Influencer, Creative Production and external growth teams, you will help build a scalable, AI-native growth organisation.
The role can be based in Dresden, Berlin, Barcelona, Istanbul or Izmir, with a hybrid working setup
Activities
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for overall growth performance across paid, organic and CRM channels, as well as the management and further development of our cross-channel growth strategy
- Responsibility for budget allocation across channels, creators and countries, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other growth channels
- Development of scalable growth systems, processes and testing frameworks using modern AI tools and automation
- Prioritising growth initiatives based on data, user behaviour and business impact
- Identifying new growth channels, creator models and scaling potential
Requirements
Your Profile
ESSENTIALS
- At least 3 years’ experience in growth and performance marketing within the B2C/app sector
- Strong analytical understanding of performance, retention and monetisation KPIs
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising, particularly Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads, as well as a good understanding of the creator economy
- Experience with process and workflow automation
- Confident use of modern AI tools
- Structured, fast-paced and independent working style
- Ability to set clear priorities in dynamic environments
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Background in the health, wellness or subscription sector
- Experience in building or leading small teams
