Aufgaben
As a Strategic Buyer, you will play a key role in shaping our global product portfolio and supplier strategy across brands
- Own strategic procurement activities for a portfolio of 1,800+ products across multiple brands
- Drive supplier selection and sourcing decisions, partnering closely with Marketing on new product development
- Build and develop a high-performing, future-ready supplier portfolio with a focus on innovation and long-term partnerships
- Ensure scalable and resilient production capacities across international suppliers
- Lead regular business reviews with key suppliers, including senior stakeholder engagement
- Identify and deliver cost savings and value creation opportunities (e.g. through costing, bundling, and innovation)
- Own end-to-end price and contract negotiations in an international environment
- Implement and manage contractual frameworks
- Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Continuously improve buying processes, tools, and reporting (e.g. forecasting, capacity planning)
- Support the rollout of global standards and best practices in procurement
Profil
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement / buying / sourcing within an international FMCG environment
- Proven success in negotiations, cost savings, and value creation
- Strong background in supplier management and building strategic partnerships
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data (e.g. costing, KPIs)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international setting
- Advanced Excel skills and solid MS Office proficiency
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
