Finanzbuchhalter Kreditorenbuchhaltung / AP Accountant (m/w/d)

Als Finanzbuchhalter:in mit Schwerpunkt Kreditorenbuchhaltung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Accounts‑Payable‑Prozesse in einem internationalen Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und stellst korrekte, effiziente und regelkonforme Abläufe sicher.

Activities

• Prüfung, Buchung und Verarbeitung nationaler und internationaler Eingangsrechnungen
• Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung des deutschen und europäischen Umsatzsteuerrechts
• Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten sowie eigenständige Klärung von Differenzen
• Durchführung, Überwachung und Optimierung der Zahlungsläufe
• Unterstützung angrenzender Accounting‑Prozesse (z. B. Reisekosten, Bankbuchungen)

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanz‑ bzw. Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich (Arbeitssprache); Deutsch ist von Vorteil
• Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) oder vergleichbaren ERP‑Systemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen und europäischen Umsatzsteuerrecht

In the second interview round we will ask more detailed questions, show you our office, and give you the opportunity to get to know colleagues from the team and possibly from other areas.
