As an Sales Agent in our Social Media Sales Team you will:

• Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
• You identify sales opportunities and providing your businesses-contacts with the best solution for their business goals.
• Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
• Carrying out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitoring success.
• Identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns.
• Sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use.
