With our product SiteMaster Küche, an innovative measurement software, we offer kitchen retailers and service providers a simple and precise solution for kitchen measurements. Our software is compatible with all popular kitchen planning systems such as Carat, KPS, Winner, Compusoft, and Softronic.
Activities
- Answering customer inquiries for our kitchen measurement software via phone and email
- Assisting customers with the onboarding and implementation of the software
- Recording and documenting customer requests, errors, and software change requests
- Testing new versions and features of our software
Requirements
- Work experience in CAD, measurement, installation, kitchen sales, planning, or support
- Excellent written and spoken German skills for smooth communication with our customers (C1 or native level)
- Ideally, experience in customer interaction
- You are reliable, conscientious, and customer-oriented
- You don’t need to know everything, but we appreciate enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills, and enjoyment in working as part of a team
- Willingness to travel is appreciated but not required
