About Us:
Gräbert is a leading provider of CAD software solutions and services. With our product SiteMaster Küche, an innovative measurement software, we offer kitchen retailers and service providers a simple and precise solution for kitchen measurements. Our software is compatible with all popular kitchen planning systems such as Carat, KPS, Winner, Compusoft, and Softronic.

Activities

  • Answering customer inquiries for our kitchen measurement software via phone and email
  • Assisting customers with the onboarding and implementation of the software
  • Recording and documenting customer requests, errors, and software change requests
  • Testing new versions and features of our software

Requirements

  • Work experience in CAD, measurement, installation, kitchen sales, planning, or support
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills for smooth communication with our customers (C1 or native level)
  • Ideally, experience in customer interaction
  • You are reliable, conscientious, and customer-oriented
  • You don’t need to know everything, but we appreciate enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills, and enjoyment in working as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel is appreciated but not required
