Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager. Drive customer success by managing key accounts and fostering robust relationships. Your role ensures that customers maximize their investment and achieve business goals through our platform.

Activities

  • Own customer renewal and product expansion, ensuring maximum value.
  • Act as a customer advocate to leverage all services for success.
  • Support C-level stakeholders and help turn their vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and align our features and benefits.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks with tailored plans.
  • Promote full license utilization, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales for growth.
  • Foster networks between customers, partners, and Lucanet to align and advance strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field with relevant experience.
  • Experience in B2B customer development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Experience with CRM/CSM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Planhat) is essential.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.
