As a Customer Service Expert (f/m/d), you ensure smooth processes and a high level of customer satisfaction with your strong service mindset and organizational skills. You are the first point of contact for our customers and connect Sales, Field Sales, Key Account Management, E-Commerce and Supply Chain to deliver excellent end-to-end service.
Activities
- Serve as the main contact person for our Benelux customers, providing timely and effective support
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders throughout the entire process
- Coordinate order processing, delivery scheduling, and invoicing
- Serve as a communication hub between customers and internal departments
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
- Support system updates, database maintenance, and reporting activities
- Participate in cross-functional projects and system implementations
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in administrative or office-based roles, ideally within sales administration or wholesale and foreign trade
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Fluently in Dutch, very good skills in German (B2) and English (B2); French is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
