Channel Marketing Assistant (m/f/x) Musical Instruments

The Channel Marketing and Retail Assistant is responsible for driving the execution of Yamaha's pan-European channel marketing strategy across the dealer and retail network. The role ensures consistent, high-quality brand presence and campaign activation across all customer touchpoints, translating central marketing strategies into effective retail and channel execution that drives consumer engagement, brand visibility, and sales performance. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of consumer campaigns and shop-in-shop displays within our dealer network across Europe. This role requires organisational and communicative competence and the willingness to bring in your own ideas as well as to travel on occasion for instore shop-in-shop installations.
Aufgaben
- Campaign: Assist in the creation and implementation of consumer campaigns ensuring all campaign deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Design creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand visual assets for various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, print materials, advertisements, and presentations
- Retail display: Manage a selection of Yamaha shop-in-shop projects working alongside with Yamaha sales and marketing teams, dealers and agencies to ensure displays are installed in a timely manner and to budget and work effectively
- Assist in adapting and localizing campaign assets while ensuring brand consistency
- Assist in monitoring retail execution quality through market visits, mystery shopping, and feedback collection
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support aligned campaign and retail execution
- Provide administrative and operational support including timeline tracking, budget coordination, and reporting
Profil
- Good organizational skills with the willingness to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in channel marketing, retail, or project coordination an advantage
- Good communication skills for working with internal teams, dealers, and external partners
- Willingness to contribute your own ideas – with an eye for design and brand consistency
- Proactive and detail-oriented working style with follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment and willingness to travel occasionally
