Build INIKTI's Renewable Energy Business in German

INIKTI is entering an exciting new phase of growth and international expansion. As a trusted partner in the renewable energy sector, we are now establishing our presence in Germany - one of Europe's most dynamic and strategically important renewable energy markets.

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and native German-speaking professional who is ready to take on a unique challenge: building and growing INIKTI's business in Germany from the ground up. This is far more than a traditional sales role - it is an opportunity to become a key leader in our expansion journey and play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term success in the German market.

As our Country Representative / Business Development Manager, you will be the face of INIKTI in Germany, driving market entry, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and laying the foundations for a thriving local operation.

Your mission:

  • Represent INIKTI in Germany and lead the establishment of our local presence and legal entity.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the wind energy sector.
  • Build strong relationships with wind farm owners, operators, developers, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and local market expert for INIKTI's leadership team.
  • Engage with industry associations, government institutions, and renewable energy networks.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and develop strategies to accelerate business growth.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen INIKTI's market visibility.
  • Support the development of local operations and contribute to building a high-performing team as the business grows.
  • Provide regular market intelligence, strategic insights, and business updates to headquarters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native German speaker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience within renewable energy, wind energy, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating opportunities and driving growth.
  • Strong network-building abilities and confidence in developing new client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-growing environment.
  • Professional presence with the ability to represent INIKTI at the highest level.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Germany.
