As part of a temporary parental leave cover we are looking for an AREA Sales MANAGER (m/f/d) - Europe.
Bentley Motors Ltd. are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d), located in the European Head Office in Hallbergmoos (Munich area). Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be primarily responsible for the performance management, brand development and network relationship for a defined group of sales points. The position is the key interface providing retail partners on a daily basis with support in the pursuit of increased sales, marketing activity, product knowledge, coaching needs and improved customer satisfaction.

Profil
- Proven experience in the European automotive industry and established understanding of sales in the luxury goods segment and for the requirements of retailers
- A proactive mindset that has generated creative solutions to strategic and tactical business challenges
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills are essential
- A winning mentality and can-do attitude, demonstrating great drive to achieve outstanding results
- Ability to be reactive, resolve problems quickly under pressure, to raise potential risks and propose related solutions for decision
- Ability to maintain a consistent high level of work and professional output in times of change
- Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate clearly with the team
- Willing to travel extensively on company business overseas and across the region
- Degree level qualification or equivalent, proven technical and commercial experience within a sales environment
- Languages: excellent German language skills, spoken and written, are mandatory; profound verbal and written knowledge of the English language; further European languages a plus
