Aufgaben

The Advanced Training Project Specialist (m/f/d) for Program Management/Instructional Design & Training Program Management is responsible for designing and creating training modules and supporting the training program management for Field Service Engineers.

This role is available as a part-time position with a 50% employment level.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage parts of the Jenbacher Field Service Training Program processes for INNIO, Distributors, and Key Accounts

  • Support new Distributors or Key Accounts with kick-off calls and ongoing help for field technicians and managers

  • Be the primary contact for the field tech certification and training program, certification goals and progress reports throughout the year

  • Enter and update certification records in the Learning Managemetn System (LMS)

  • Roll out training modules in INNIO’s LMS

  • Develop eLearning and classroom training materials using various authoring tools

  • Comply with all applicable INNIO EHS and integrity policies (Code of Conduct), as well es all relevant guidelines defined within the INNIO Process Landscape (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Energy Management System (ISO 50001)

Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business or comparable or A-levels with specialization in media design

  • Several years in a comparable role

  • Accurate and detail-oriented work style

  • Linguistic ability to simplify texts or use story-telling elements in German and English

  • Ability to work under stress in a changing environment, to prioritize and to complete projects in defined timelines

  • Proficient in MS-Office applications

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities for daily operations and collaboration with international teams

  • Detail-oriented and accurate working style

  • Familiarity with BI tools and regular reporting to monitor and improve certification progress is a plus

  • Strong customer focus and service mindset

  • Skilled in graphic design and creating engaging presentation/training materials

  • Experience with authoring and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) is an advantage

  • Interest in, or experience with, gas engine technology

  • Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English
