As an Account Executive at ClearOps, you will be instrumental in our sales process, focusing on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Your proactive approach and customer engagement will directly contribute to our company's growth and success, while you'll also collaborate with the management team to refine our product and market strategy.

Activities

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new customers and managing existing customer relationships.
  • Driving net new, recurring revenue through closing medium business.
  • Owning your book of business and building outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
  • Conducting thorough discovery phases to understand and advance qualified leads.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Legal, Marketing, and Product.
  • Leading prospects through their evaluation journey, shaping decision criteria, and building compelling business cases.
  • Maintaining data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce), forecasting with accuracy, and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of +2 years in a new business SaaS closing sales role.
  • A 'hunter' mentality with a passion for developing creative prospecting strategies.
  • Excellent skills in identifying and creating needs at both functional and company levels through strong qualification.
  • Familiarity with sales qualifications and methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC).
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and a drive for continuous self-improvement.
  • Native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language).
