As an Account Executive at nuwacom, you will be responsible for driving new sales and expanding our client base within large enterprises. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how nuwacom's solutions can address their challenges and improve their operations.
Activities
- Develop sales opportunities by identifying key stakeholders and building champions at the Chief Communication, Head of AI, and CMO levels
- Consistently meet and exceed your sales quota through strategic execution and persistence
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs and present tailored solutions
- Conduct compelling product demos and guide prospects through trials to highlight the value of nuwacom’s platform
- Become an expert on use cases where nuwacom drives business transformation across industries
- Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outbound activities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to position nuwacom effectively in the market
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or B2B SaaS industry
- Familiarity with Communication, Marketing, Brand, or Product teams – experience selling into these functions is a plus
- Interest in or understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in enterprise environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – in English and German
- Experience in building business cases to help prospects secure internal buy-in and executive sponsorship
- Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships
- Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven – with a hands-on mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
