Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für technische Anfragen und sorgst dafür, dass IT-Probleme schnell und zuverlässig gelöst werden. Dabei arbeitest du mit Windows-Umgebungen, Servern und Active Directory und unterstützt Nutzer in einer hybriden IT-Landschaft. Die Rolle bietet dir einen praxisnahen Einstieg in die Systemadministration und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im IT-Bereich.
Activities
- provide 1st level support
- Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
- Document procedures and configurations
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Experience supporting end users on Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network protocols as well as Entra ID
- Some experience with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware) is a plus (optional)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- German & English in communicative form
