Join LeadLane and drive real impact in B2B sales for Germany’s machinery and manufacturing sector. As a Sales Development Working Student, you’ll take ownership of outreach, build new customer opportunities, and push our sales success forward – 100% remote, flexible hours, and €16–40/hour.

Activities

  • Identify and qualify new customer prospects in the machinery and industrial sector.
  • Conduct outbound calls and spark interest in our products and services.
  • Support the design and execution of effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM and prepare clear sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to set up deals and continuously improve our sales process.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or higher education institution.
  • Strong communication skills with enjoyment in telephone interactions.
  • Ideally initial experience in sales or customer service.
  • Fluent German language skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Motivation, goal orientation, and teamwork capability.
