As part of our continued expansion in Germany, we are looking for a motivated new member to join our dynamic team on the position Vetriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and partners across Germany, with a focus on Bavaria, Thuringia, Saxony, Lower Saxony, Hesse and nearby regions

• Looking for new business opportunities in the field of small domestic appliances (SG5) and other electronic waste groups

• Maintain and expand key account management activities with existing partners

• Organize and manage your own schedule, including regular travel and client visits

• Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and in direct meetings

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and market reports

• Collaborate with senior sales management and internal departments in English

Requirements

• Fluency in German, and communicative English

• Strong self-motivation, time management, and planning skills

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region and occasionally abroad

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required

• No experience in waste management is necessary – we value your motivation, learning attitude, and proactive mindset above industry experience
