This role focuses on the integration of our Docker-based AI software for customers, ensuring seamless deployment and technical excellence. It combines problem-solving with process optimization and close collaboration with development teams and radiologists to continuously enhance our products and infrastructure.

Activities

  • You will be responsible for integrating our Docker-based mediaire AI software for our customers – on-premise (via remote access).
  • You will identify and resolve technical issues for our customers and communicate solutions both internally and externally.
  • You will actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes to make them faster and more efficient.
  • In close collaboration with our development team and radiologists, you will support the continuous improvement of our products and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • You are a true tech enthusiast, an excellent communicator, and passionate about supporting both customers and colleagues.
  • You are proficient in working with Linux and the command line.
  • Your curiosity and problem-solving skills drive you to tackle complex challenges with confidence.
  • You are fluent in English and are actively working on improving your German skills.
  • You have completed training as an IT specialist / IT systems electronics technician and/or hold a degree in computer science or engineering.
  • You are based in Germany.

PLUS POINTS:

  • Experience with radiology IT systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM).
  • Experience in MRI/Radiology.
  • Strong Linux system administration skills, especially in networking and scripting with Bash or Python.
  • Experience with CRM, service desk, and/or ticketing systems.
  • Solid programming knowledge, ideally in Python.
  • Experience with Docker and Git.
  • Experience collaborating with software and data science teams.
