This role focuses on the integration of our Docker-based AI software for customers, ensuring seamless deployment and technical excellence. It combines problem-solving with process optimization and close collaboration with development teams and radiologists to continuously enhance our products and infrastructure.
Activities
- You will be responsible for integrating our Docker-based mediaire AI software with our clients – On-Premise (via remote access).
- You will identify and resolve technical issues for our clients and communicate solutions both internally and externally.
- You will actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes to work faster and more efficiently.
- In close collaboration with our development team and radiologists, you will support the continuous improvement of our products and infrastructure.
Requirements
- You are a true tech enthusiast, strong in communication, and passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues.
- With your curiosity and problem-solving skills, you enjoy tackling complex challenges.
- You have fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are proficient in Linux and the command line.
- You have a technical background – a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or experience in MRI/Radiology is a plus. Alternatively, you have experience in technical support, e.g., as a Sysadmin or in similar positions.
- You are based in Germany.
