The department is responsible to provide stable and state of the art solutions to run the payroll for major E.ON countries Germany, UK, Sweden and Romania.

Application Process

  1. In an initial conversation, we would like to get to know you better and gain a clearer understanding of your experience, motivation, and goals. Of course, we also want to give you the opportunity to learn more about the position, the team, our culture, and similar topics. The conversation will last around 45 minutes and will take place via Teams.
  2. If both sides continue to feel comfortable and see a good fit, a second interview will follow. This stage is mainly about determining whether you would be a good match for the team and the company culture. The interview consists of a technical/professional part and a competency-based part. It will last approximately 60–90 minutes and will take place either via Teams or in one of our offices.
  3. Optionally, we may invite you to a third conversation to discuss any open topics and/or give you the opportunity to meet potential team members.

That’s it! If, after the conversations, there is still mutual interest, we will be happy to make you an offer and welcome you as part of the team!
