As International Sales Director, you’ll take the lead in driving mediaire’s global growth — expanding across Europe and entering exciting new markets. This role is all about combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution in the fast-moving world of AI-powered radiology. You’ll work closely with the CCO and cross-functional teams to shape our go-to-market strategy and build a scalable, high-performing sales organization.
Activities
- Lead and scale mediaire’s international sales organization with a focus on performance, accountability, and sustainable growth.
- Define and execute our international go-to-market strategy in close alignment with company objectives.
- Own global sales KPIs and performance tracking (pipeline velocity, win rates, revenue growth, retention, etc.).
- Develop structured sales processes tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder sales in regulated healthcare environments.
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners, enterprise customers, and radiology groups across target markets.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine our positioning for AI in radiology and medical imaging workflows.
- Drive deal execution in key accounts while coaching and supporting the sales team on closing complex opportunities.
- Represent mediaire at relevant international conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, MedTech, or HealthTech, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling international sales teams and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Domain expertise in radiology, AI in medical imaging, or medical software highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles in regulated healthcare markets (e.g., CE, MDR, hospital procurement, reimbursement).
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making
- Fluent in English; additional European languages - especially German, Italian or French are a big plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
