Your role
- Work closely with customers alongside the sales team to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define and refine the product vision in collaboration with stakeholders and the product team, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
- Translate business and user needs into epics and user stories, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and manage sprints using agile tools like Jira.
- Oversee the planning and execution of mobile app development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with the CTO to ensure technical feasibility and keep the mobile app up to date with industry standards.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to maintain agile best practices and ensure smooth product development.
- Identify and implement short- and long-term improvements for the mobile product.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and user experience, integrating relevant advancements into our app.
- Support the integration of third-party services and external partners into the mobile platform.
- Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to launch and scaling.
- Monitor key app performance metrics to optimize features and improve user experience.
- Foster collaboration between product and development teams, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Embrace agile principles and encourage adaptability within the team.
- Report on progress and performance to stakeholders, management, and clients.
Your profile
- Experience – You have hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in mobile app development, ideally in logistics, mobility, or related industries.
- Agile Mindset – You are familiar with agile software development methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Technical Awareness – You understand the unique challenges of mobile app development, including UI/UX considerations, app store requirements, and performance optimization.
- Working Style – You thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Decision-Making – You are comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to facilitate business decisions.
- User-Centric – You have a strong customer-focused and data-driven approach to building products.
- Language Skills – Fluent English is required; German or Polish is a plus.
