Our Company

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our warehouse in Hamburg-Billbrook. In this key role, you will take ownership of our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and scalable supply chain processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for optimizing workflows in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.

Your Mission

  • Maintenance, monitoring, and analysis of operational data (e.g., in Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Process coordination between Logistics, Commercial, and Operations
  • Support with system maintenance (Xentral ERP) and implementation of new process workflows
  • Creation and maintenance of operational reports
  • Quality assurance along operational workflows
  • Organization of projects in the field of logistics

Your Profile

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Structured and pragmatic working style with strong attention to detail
  • Ideally, experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xentral)
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
