For the further growth of our founder-led company, we are currently looking for you as the Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the areas of Employer Branding, Recruiting, and People Analytics.
Employer Branding: You will develop and implement an innovative Employer Branding strategy that positions our company as an attractive employer and attracts the right talents
Recruiting & Active Sourcing: You will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of our recruiting funnel, ensuring a constant stream of highly qualified applicants internationally.
People Analytics: You will utilize advanced People Analytics tools and artificial intelligence to make data-driven decisions in recruiting and increase efficiency and effectiveness
Leadership & Sparring: You will report directly to the Vice President People & Culture and have regular touchpoints with the company leadership and lead a performance-oriented, appreciative team of experts who work closely with Hiring Managers, actively shaping the company culture

- You have successfully completed your studies and have gained several years of experience as a leader in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition in a dynamic and international corporate environment
- You impress us with your track record of (key) hirings, are familiar with the latest trends in recruiting, employer branding, and people analytics, and are always looking to improve
- You are a strong communicator, charismatic, and open-minded, capable of inspiring others as a brand ambassador for Yoummday, including in the English language
- You love motivating your team to achieve their best, possess excellent interpersonal skills, are familiar with various recruiting methods, and want to leave your mark
- You describe yourself as structured, well-organized, and make the right decisions based on your analyses
- You have a strong desire for authentic talent acquisition and contributing to the development of an outstanding employer brand on the path to becoming an international unicorn, and of course, you have a good sense of humor :)
