We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager (AI-Native) to build and run the storytelling engine behind Bits & Pretzels.
You combine strategic thinking with fast execution: you analyze, structure, write, produce, test — and continuously improve content at high speed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t just think in concepts, but turns ideas into output — and output into impact.

Activities

You will own how Bits & Pretzels communicates — across formats, channels, and audiences.
From founder stories and stage moments to opinions and formats: you turn signals into stories and stories into scale.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our content strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, and app.
  • Turn raw input (talks, interviews, insights) into high-quality, multi-format content at speed.
  • Write, edit, and refine copy with strong narrative instinct and editorial precision.
  • Build and use AI workflows to accelerate production, ideation, and iteration.
  • Track performance and continuously optimize based on data and real user behavior.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of experience in content, editorial, journalism, brand, or social media.
  • Excellent writing skills in English with a strong editorial instinct (German is a plus).
  • Clear understanding of content distribution, formats, and engagement mechanics.
  • AI-native mindset: experience with LLMs, prompting, and content workflows.
  • Strategic thinker with real hands-on execution power.

Nice-to-have

  • Background in startups, media, or tech.
  • Skills in video editing, visual storytelling or format development.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, OpusClip, ElevenLabs or similar.

Step 2: Hands-on business case

You will receive a real-world marketing case that reflects our challenges.
This allows us to understand how you think, structure problems, and execute — not just how you present.

Step 3: Domain deep dive

A focused conversation with our Head of CRM to explore collaboration models, interfaces, and expectations between Growth Marketing and CRM.

Step 4: Leadership interview

A deep-dive conversation with our Chief Product Officer about your vision, ownership mindset, and leadership approach.

Step 5: Culture & team fit

A final culture interview with two Heads from other departments to ensure shared values, working style, and long-term alignment.
