- Lead function for the area quality - you are responsible for the development and technical leadership of the internal network for quality of the TAKKT-wide locations
- Advising the management and site managers on all quality matters
- Expansion and further development of the integrated management system according to ISO , ISO and ISO
- Observation, tracking and monitoring of the implementation of the relevant requirements and their continuous review for internal conformity ("compliance"), including internal and external audits
- Coordination and support of external audits
- Definition and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in the context of continuous improvement
- Conducting internal training courses with a focus on IMS
- Development and coordination of TAKKT-wide and site-specific processes
- Preparation and maintenance of the integrated management manual and the associated procedural regulations
- EcoVadis support for the sales companies in carrying out assessments
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
- Educated as a quality management representative is a plus
- Knowledge and practical experience in the development of an integrated management system would be an advantage
- Previous experience with environmental and energy management systems desirable
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility as well as analytical-structured and independent approach
- Profound knowledge in the cooperation and management of projects and enjoyment of cross-sectional tasks
- Very good German and business fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad (%)
