YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT:
  • Lead function for the area quality - you are responsible for the development and technical leadership of the internal network for quality of the TAKKT-wide locations
  • Advising the management and site managers on all quality matters
  • Expansion and further development of the integrated management system according to ISO , ISO and ISO
  • Observation, tracking and monitoring of the implementation of the relevant requirements and their continuous review for internal conformity ("compliance"), including internal and external audits
  • Coordination and support of external audits
  • Definition and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in the context of continuous improvement
  • Conducting internal training courses with a focus on IMS
  • Development and coordination of TAKKT-wide and site-specific processes
  • Preparation and maintenance of the integrated management manual and the associated procedural regulations
  • EcoVadis support for the sales companies in carrying out assessments
YOU AND US - THE PERFECT MATCH: 
  • Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
  • Educated as a quality management representative is a plus
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the development of an integrated management system would be an advantage
  • Previous experience with environmental and energy management systems desirable
  • High level of initiative, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility as well as analytical-structured and independent approach
  • Profound knowledge in the cooperation and management of projects and enjoyment of cross-sectional tasks
  • Very good German and business fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad (%)
