Senior Sales Executive P2P DACH (m/f/d) 

Your tasks:  

  • Sales: You build and nurture a pipeline sufficient to meet the defined new customer targets for the territory and solutions that you are responsible for.   

  • Customer focused: You team effectively with the available partners to drive the business and ensure a high degree of new customer satisfaction. You coach customers through the whole sales cycle, understand their dysfunction and offer the suitable solution.   

  • Strategic thinking: You engage with prospects and organizations to position Serrala and its´ solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analysis data.   

  • Transfer Know-How: You generate, qualify, and develop business opportunities from your own prospecting activities (social, tele, F2F, partnerships), as well as qualify and develop business opportunities from marketing qualified leads.   

  • Hands-On-Approach: You coordinate customer demonstrations and proposal development, build business cases (what problem do we solve, differentiation, financial models), processing of tenders/RFPs.

Your profile:  

  • Proven background: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business & management or similar and already some years of experience with Direct Sales of enterprise software solutions ideally in the area of Finance (P2P or O2C)   

  • Hunter mentality: Proven background in Prospecting, Pipeline Development and Opportunity Closing (i.e. selling initial deals into net new accounts)   

  • Extraordinary drive: You are looking to take your enterprise sales skills to the next level - with a dedicated training- and mentoring program, and an organization where (international) collaboration is a core strength, this is a great opportunity for your next step as a successful sales professional   

  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent communication skills in German and English, strategic selling and presentation skills that help you to capture new markets and new customers   

  • Travel: You will be expected to travel approximately 40% of your working time.
