About the Job


Stop settling for the good and go for the great!About the roleCoachHub is striving for a talented and entrepreneurial individual who helps building our Sales Development function and guiding it to success in addition to remaining hands-on in the role. The Regional Manager will be responsible for enabling other Sales Development Representatives in the DACH and Nordics team to be successful in their roles by leading by example. The Regional Manager will be the team lead of the other SDRs on the team. You will be reporting directly to our VP Sales Development and to the CEO, Yannis (check them out at LinkedIn here and here)Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Build and steer CoachHub’s SDR activities of the DACH and Nordics markets, including planning, hiring, coaching and performance management
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Manage the performance of the Sales Development Representatives and delivery on KPIs
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching and support for career development
  • Build a sales development framework that follows CoachHub’s strategic direction 
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resources

Your profile


  • You have gained profound experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales or Sales in the Enterprise Software space, preferably in SaaS, for at least 5 years
  • You are experienced in leading, training and growing your team for at least 2 years
  • You have a very good understanding of the DACH and Nordics market and experience in SaaS
  • You are able to work in a complex, changing environment and to interact with multiple stakeholders
  • You provide great communication skills (positive and energetic, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills, team-player, working with other SDRs and field reps, Sales Management, external lead-gen agencies and marketing among others)
  • You speak fluently German (native-level) and English (C1 level)
