Your Mission: 

  • You provide technical support and troubleshooting for our customers with a focus on cloud-based technologies.
  • You manage support tickets and ensure swift resolutions of issues in a customer-friendly manner.
  • You work collaboratively with other teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • You provide excellent customer service and display empathy while assisting users.
  • You solve arising problems independently.

Your Profile: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management.
  • Endpoint focus on Windows.
  • Basic knowledge of Apple.
  • Basic knowledge of server and storage structures.
  • Customer-centric, empathic and solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Business fluency in English and C1/C2 level in German.
