Secure the continuous implementation of project management principles and the further development of the project management maturity in BEUMER Group worldwide Plan and execute multiple, simultaneous, small to medium complexity PMO tasks on internal, strategic as well as international, large scale customer facing projects Understand and satisfy the business needs of BEUMER Group in the PMO focus areas Perform project management audits on large scale customer projects Conduct project team workshops to enable the proper initiation, planning and execution of large scale customer projects Plan and execute varied project management training activities Utilise, optimise and oversee the application of BEUMER Group's project management frameworks and methodologies across all phases of the project life cycle and support their daily implementation Guide and manage the PMLeads network worldwide and monitor their performance Facilitate the BEUMER Group project management career path in cooperation with HR Conduct project management performance reviews, leverage project management knowledge and develop project management capabilities Provide daily coaching on specific project tasks to individual project managers, project teams and projects worldwide, across all project segments and across BEUMER Group companies, Degree in Project Management or 2 years of practical experience in managing small to mid-scale projects Project management certification beneficial (e.g. PMI certified as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) Has a comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and an affinity for the development trends in the project management world Experience in framing concepts and executing international projects from definition through implementation, in collaboration with internal, business and consultant partners The ability to independently manage multiple complex projects concurrently, to prioritise projects and to adjust accordingly to changing work environments, situations and workloads Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Takes initiative, builds relationships, exercises discretion, demonstrates sound judgment Authentic character with a collaborative working style that stimulates a sense of ownership and drives progress in a positive team environment Ability to interact with various functional as well as the executive level within the organization and educate less experienced team members in Project Management Intensive international willingness to travel with potential for travel up to 25 % annually Languages: English Location: open for discussion, Beckum preferred
