We ll look to you to manage a small team of marketing specialists across the DACH region. The focus of the role is on the Business-to-Business part of our organization. You will be supporting your team in creating and implementing new marketing strategies and plans across digital, events and partner platforms. As a member of the wider Marketing function, you will also get ample opportunity to work across the wider organization. The role provides amazing opportunities for growth, as you will also be deputizing for the Group Leader Marketing as and when required.
Please note that this is a fixed term contract. We need you to have extensive experience in marketing and team leadership. German and English language skills are important for the role, as is the ability to function well in a large matrix organisation. You might have gained your experience in-house, or in an agency. You possess the ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, and experience in budget management. Your proactive nature, and business to business experience will enable you to engage with stakeholders effectively. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
