We are strengthening for our management team and are looking for one now

Manager Cable Assembly
full-time (at least 40 hours / week)
We offer a varied and demanding field of activity!

Your area of responsibility:
  • Organize and run the shop floor assembly activities daily
  • Manage, coach and motivate a team of 15-20 people
  • Drive the allocation of volumes inhouse and outsourced based on product mix, capacity and cost targets criteria
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes are optimized and that products meets our manufacturing and standardization processes
  • Define and implement strategies to minimize cost and optimize customer delivery performance
  • Make sourcing decisions such as the selection partners and local suppliers
  • Feedback data and statistical information to optimize the product offering and maximize the business profitability
  • Develop operations related plans and budgets over multi-year horizons
  • Initiate improvement to business and manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Operations, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Quality with a focus on delivering results
  • Play a key role in identifying, implementing and integrating processes to enable cost effective and scalable sets up
  • Support subsidiaries with toolkits, best practices and training to implement and run prototyping sets up
  • Motivate and mentor team members and focus them on achieving operational goals
  • Take ownership of business results and manage operational KPIs


They are characterized by their profile:
  • Min 5-7 years in a similar role in the electronic industry, ideally in the cable assembly
  • Hands on and “yes" mindset
  • End to end troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proven results in managing cross-functional and multisite teams
  • Proven crisis management skills
  • Structured, systematic and rigorous mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Fluent German and English, French is a plus
  • Lives in Germany / preferably Bavaria
