Your areas of expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Leadership role or managing people. 
• Proven leader, coach and mentor in agile organizations with several years of professional experience in leading the   team.
• Passionate about application lifecycle management issues, including software testing, software maintenance, CI / CD, logging, monitoring and release management.
• Skills in communicating with empathy, influence and inspiration as well as in dealing with and solving conflicts.
• Business fluent in English.

Your Responsibilities

• You will grow and manage a team of up to 12 people including architects, Engineers and Designers.
• You contribute/establish the right Engineering practices with the team (e.g. TDD, CI/CD, Agile Methodologies) to improve quality and time-to-market.
• You will be responsible for facilitating communication, collaboration and decision making.
• You are a member of the engineering leadership team where you work closely with other Engineering Managers, Architects and the CTO to build long-term strategies.
• You will be responsible for looking after each team member’s well-being and ongoing development. 
• You will get involved in architectural discussions & decisions.

• Furthermore, you improve our lean and agile engineering practices, processes and productivity by advocating our values and leadership principles.
