Customer Service clerk(m/f/d) in full time

Your tasks:

Preparation of quotations

  • Timely recording and forwarding of inquiries for pricing purposes
  • Sending the offer to the customer
  • Preparatory work for follow-up of the offers by the sales department
  • Maintenance of the quotation commitment

Order entry

  • Timely order entry in the system
  • Monitoring and maintenance of shipping dates (daily check of order commitment)
  • Information to the customer in case of delivery delays
  • Timely dispatch of the AB to the customer
  • Ensure correct pricing
  • Ensuring correct scheduling

Invoicing

  • Timely preparation of invoices
  • Creation of credit notes according to requirements
  • Ensure correct invoicing
  • Ensuring and verifying correct pricing
  • Monitoring of the invoice commitment

Customer Service

  • Personal contact with the customer
  • Prompt handling of complaints
  • Answering product questions
  • Competent contact person for all customer requirements in cooperation with internal interfaces

Data maintenance

  • Minimum stock check and adjustment for CPTs
  • Maintenance of revision levels, triggering of status runs
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Maintenance of the price database


Your requirements profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of experience in customer service / order processing
  • Friendly appearance, strong customer and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Team player, able to work flexible and under pressure
  • Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
  • Process and numerical affinity
  • Very good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system (ABAS) is an advantage
