Your responsibilities

  • Processing of all international customer orders and enquiries via phone, e-mail and chat, inbound only
  • Advising customers in cooperation with our expert services
  • First-level after-sales support – you advise and support our international customers by phone or e-mail
  • Deciding independently on initiating returns, exchange of items, credit notes and repairs.
  • Advocating on behalf of our customers to represent their concerns and interests
  • Ensuring smooth handling of the services we provide
  • Working in close cooperation with our experts services and workshops
  • Contributing to the continual optimisation of the services we provide

Your Profile

  • Fluent written and spoken English; another foreign language would be an advantage
  • Completed vocational training in commerce or service industry, or comparable professional experience
  • Experience in customer support and advice
  • Highly proactive, committed, goal-oriented and a team player
  • Experience in working on a PC and with the standard MS Office applications
