Your Duties:
  • You are responsible for the integration support to the in-house product platform
  • Furthermore you are responsible for the configuration of various set-ups in the systems and you provide support for the automation of set-up processes
  • Your assignment also covers the documentation of solutions developed for customer support
  • Beyond that control and monitoring of customer communication and escalation messages are essential tasks
  • In this position you are the direct customer contact for technical and product-specific questions or issues or other 2nd level support topics
Your Qualifications:
  • You have a good or very good understanding of technical issues
  • You should have basic knowledge of at least one programming language, of databases, scripting (Perl, VBA etc.) and XML
  • You convince us with an independent analytical approach and work ethic
  • Moreover you should have excellent command of spoken and written English; other language skills would be advantageous
